Context: Between 2013 and 2014, Chile was becoming the third country with the largest flow of bicycles in Latin America, after Colombia and Mexico in first place.

Problem: In 2014, bicycle thefts were recorded in Santiago of Chile every 1 minute. I do not demand efficient solutions connected with the police that will help in the recovery of bicycles.

Solution: GPS micro capsule for conventional bicycles and App with panic button that notifies the police of the location of the bicycles after they are stolen.
